Lock down has taken a toll on all of us. But majority of people are stressed over having "perfect" body. They aren't happy in their own skin. Some want slim bodies, some want fair skin. Teenagers are abused, bullied and body shamed. Eventually, lack of confidence and depression takes over, which leads to isolating them from being social. Well, it's no crime wanting to have a perfect body but what exactly means to have a perfect is that you're content with yourself, in your own skin. Every single person has a version of "perfect" or "beautiful". You're beautiful in your own unique way. We should start accepting ourselves for our appearances and not stress over or think about what other people might say. Once you're comfortable in your skin, what others say make no sense and doesn't matter. You'd naturally start feeling better about yourself and your life. Self love and self appreciation is the key to it...
